Pretty cool little factoid from last night:

For the first time in 105 years, Major League Baseball is being played tonight at 3 different ballparks in the State of New York.

The last time this happened was on September 8, 1915 (Yankees, Dodgers & Buffalo Blues).

LOL

The more I think about it, it seems suspect to me that the Yankees, Dodgers and Giants were never home at the same time from 1915-1957?

I was particularly struck that the glass doors were replaced with the Blue Jay logo.

Unfortunately the visiting team dressing rooms are in the event tent. Not the best for them.

Don't know what happened to the deal with the Sabres who had offered their weight room, etc. It's only a block away. But they must have been satisfied with what could be provided.

Didn’t care for the navy blue caps the Blue Jays wore last night.

I bet Buffalo would love to have an MLB franchise....

Canadian baseball is plain stupid
No that would never work. Buffalo just doesn't have the population base to support a major league baseball team.

The Bills have no problem selling out 10 games but they can't support the luxury boxes other franchises have.

The Sabres do ok with their 41 games. But season ticket holders can offset the cost of their tickets by selling the Toronto and Montreal games to Canadians, who are willing to pay 3 times face value.

But baseball would be a problem. Even die hard baseball fans can always get to Toronto and Cleveland for games. Buffalo has a lot of Yankee fans and they schedule vacations around the Yank's visits to Toronto and Cleveland.
