Bruins sit Seguin

Looks like Julien is sitting Seguin for tonight's game against Montreal. B's are bringing in Jordan Caron and Zach Hamill will be playing again as well. I think it's a good move to let him see the game completely and give him a rest at an important juncture in the season.

Any thoughts?

I agree Null. This is first year and I'm sure he's not used the length of the season. hopefully he understands that and he's fairly fresh for the playoffs.

I think he will, he's seems to be a mature player for his age and I think it's important to develop his entire game which Claude Julien is very good at helping with. Without the defensive aspect, we run the risk of developing another Kessel, which isn't to say he's not a good player as well, but the most dominant players in this league are also the most dynamic.

I usually try to add to it during intermissions but I have a hard time with posting during the game. Shit gets pretty intense over here lol.
