I think Elway has the job as long as he could ever want it. It would take multiple seasons of being in the bottom 5 of the league for Elway to lose his job and my guess is he would want to walk away anyway as he says the whole reason he is in this job is to win.

LOVE this quote from Elway. Means he is willing to take the steps needed to win the Lombardi, and it means he's also learning from any mistakes too. Will be very interested to see where this offseason goes. Hopefully this means he intends to bging a more physical mindset to the defense and offense!

I would doubt this means coaching changes. The Broncos have held onto all but one assistant so far and that was because they got promoted. There is a reason the Bronco staff has had guys up for head coaching jobs every single year since Elway got here and that is he hires a very good staff.

There's many, MANY different paths that lead to a SB win. It's possible for Elway to make some tweaks to give Denver a better team w/out a wholesale replacement of the Broncos staff and roster ;-)

Haven't been by in a few days, but I'm also quite happy with this. I expected it sooner than later TBH. Love the fact they gave him the GM control also. Now it really is all on Bowlen and Elway.....and they're the two best guys for the job. They both genuinely love the city, it's people and most importantly the team. More good things ahead.....
