Guys with good opportunities to breakout:

Strnad
Boone
Cleveland
Cushingberry
Albert O
PJ Locke
Drew Lock

I don't know if they will break out or not, but these are mostly guys the Broncos are counting on for more snaps than last year - or in the case of Cushingberry and Lock bring the level of play up.

I don't think PJ Locke makes the team this year... Last year he came in to fill a role on special teams and he made VERY little impact on that. Maybe he will improve but I like the 2 S's we drafted this year leaps and bounds better.

First one that sticks out to me is the guy I have been calling for since we drafted him but I feel this is his true breakout year in year 3.

Dre'Mont Jones!

The above mentioned by Mingo are good possibilities.

Tyrie Cleveland is my other guy as you know but not sure he will play enough of a role this year to totally break out. Might be more in his year 3, but I think he can fill a nice WR depth role and special teams player.
I think Ojemudia is in a similar season as Cleveland. He won't have the pressure to be thrown right into the fire but this could be his year to find a role and build off it because we basically have 3 CB's who are on one year contracts. (Counting Darby who is on a 1 year deal but his 9.5m cap hits next year so he will have to play really well to stick around)

Dre'Mont Jone is 100% my call for total breakout season though.

@Draft Crazy when I spell Jones it ends in "s," but okay.

Jones is where you have to get into the definition of breakout. In his case - I think he will breakout from good to great. Good candidate. I think Jerry Jeudy is very much in that category too - last year was good - this year could be great.

On Locke - I think the Broncos keep 5 safeties - The two obvious ones - Locke and the two draft picks. Based on Fangio in the past - Locke a little more experienced - might he more snaps early - ie the opportunity.

Agree on Cleveland so much talent in his position breakout is a longshot. I am a fan of his but, the biggest role for him is KR/PR duty spelling Spencer.

I guess McTelvin Agim should be on the breakout opportunity list. I haven't seen him do anything of note since his arrival on the team.

I am sure you read the report yesterday with Fangio singling out Hinton. Probably too deep for him to break out this year barring injuries but may have a shot at the final WR spot.

@Mingo- Jones and Jeudy would be my top 2 to fully breakout this year.

Malik Reed would be like Jones - in that Reed has already impressed in a minor role.

Calvin Anderson OT - may also get his opportunity to start as both RT vets signed could be cut with salary cap savings if Calving Anderson is ready to start.

How about Von and Chubb breaking out together we haven't seen it much because of injuries.

or just “playing” together.

Malik Reed was actually a thought for me as well and although he did well last year I think Fant in full breakout mode qualifies.

Ole ’hammie’ Hamler. Another thoroughbred they built with plastic parts? Hopefully, the trainers have a program to keep the hamstrings healthy.

Speaking of trainers, what are the chances the plethora of injuries last year precipitated Greek’s departure?

Greek's job was to get the players well after injury - strength and condition is in charge of preparing them to play.

Oh I’m not saying you’re wrong, but you may not be 100% right. ;)
