legendary story about "Rod the Bod", I think it was back in NCAA. He used to go straight from games to the gym. The training staff had to shut off the lights to get him out of there, and later put padlocks on the doors. He was missing past curfew on a road trip, so the coaching staff went on hunt for him... turns out he had broken into the hotel's gym facilities for a late night work out.

After his knee surgeries a couple of seasons ago, his dad was on a broadcast telling how he disobeyed his doctors and was in the gym far, far, far sooner than he should have been, working out everything that didn't involve the knees.
