at a Scottsdale bar earlier today (allegedly punched a patron at closing time). He was released on bond after spending a hour in the pokey. That's fantastic news.

"Mr. Sutter seemed upset that I woke him. He also seemed a bit dazed and confused," wrote Cesareo.


The officer, confused over the metric measurements on Sutter's driver's licence, then tried asking the player how tall he was and how much he weighed.


"Mr. Sutter stared at me with a blank look on his face," Cesareo wrote.

hopefully they did a breathalyzer because that sounds like the regular sober Sutter family facial expression
