Breida On The Way Out?

Matt Breida was on the sideline in uniform and not listed on the injury report yet he did not enter the game for a single snap. Is he in Shanahan's doghouse? Might be getting crowded in there with Pettis and Goodwin.
I wonder if its because of his two fumbles against Atlanta? Odd that their most dynamic running back would not play.
