Snyder didn't draft Patrick Ramsey, Steve Spurrier did after the Skins couldn't swing a deal to draft Joey Harrington. Snyder didn't draft Jason Campbell either. That was all Joe Gibbs.

And just cause past front offices failed when it comes to drafting a QB. That doesn't mean the present one will.

Perhaps but he was never gonna be a pocket passer and after the 1st year of catching teams off guard he would have needed to become one. They tried but he failed... so bust in my book

I'm not so sure. During his tenure with the Skins he never learned or really tried imo to protect himself. Too many times during his rookie year he would end runs by diving head first (that's how he was hurt by Haloti
