I have felt for a while that maybe Peters should be moved to guard. Perhaps they re-sign him and try him there now.

Brooks is great when he is on the field but at this point his huge contract is becoming an issue, given how much time he misses due to injury. He is getting older and might have a hard time rebounding from these injuries.

I wouldn't write him off yet, he's only 31. Peters is 38. If he was 35 or older, then yes, I may move on with him. I would prefer that they bring Peters back to play RG. Matt Pryor is next in line. I think we'll be OK, just not as good, but competent.

I worry about Lane and his durability now instead of worrying about the left side with a new OT basically the whole Oline could be a weak link

Well shit. Only plus I can look for here is Brooks rehabbed the other Achilles like a champ. Maybe he could be back very late season/playoffs if we are there.

We certainly have a need for a Guard now. Maybe Peters is the play. I would be interested to see if that works.

He hasn't missed any except the playoff game last year.

Read up some on this....Larry Warford could be a good grab to fill in the loss at G, if not trying Peters out.

Internally we would have Matt Pryor or the rookie Dricoll....which could possibly work. But I would be better with signing a guy since some money is there.

The Eagles have several viable options which I would like to see. I don’t believe in signing every “name “ that comes down the street.

Right....I am not against staying in house. Just sign a cheap body for depth and roll with Pryor/Driscoll. Stoutman can coach them up!
