Some teams that I think might have some interest include:

Knicks, Pelicans, Lakers, Magic, Heat, Nuggets, Nets

I think that the Magic would be a great destination for him, and if the Wiz could get Bamba or Isaac they should jump at the chance.

Bradley Beale wants to leave Washington and who can blame him?

Who is the likely favorite to trade for him? Where would he fit the best? What can the Wizards expect in return?

Every team should want to trade for him. The Wizards are going to be stuck with Wall for the forseeable future. What they need to do internally is figure out why Beal and Wall did not work and figure out what they need in return to get some cohesion back on that team.

Most of the teams that I think he would fit the best on, don't really have the assets to get him. I think the ideal fit for him to both contribute and flourish would be New Orleans, but I don't see a way for him to get there. All the top contenders could easily use him. I'm sure Houston will make the same offer for him that they made for Jimmy Butler. Detroit's another interesting landing spot and I think he'd be pretty great there next to Blake.

If I'm the Wizards, I'm calling the Nuggets and asking them for Gary Harris, Michael Porter and fillers. Not saying that they'll get it, but I'd try. Maybe call the Kings and ask for Marvin Bagley Jr, Skal Labissiere., Z-Bo and Koufos expiring deals. Maybe try to flip Z-Bo and Koufos' expirings later. Kings would have a great foundational back court in Fox and Beale, with some promising bigs in WCS and Giles.

The Celtics would give them Terry Rozier and Daniel Theis.

I'd also add maybe Orlando for Evan Fournier and Jonathan Isaac. I think both Isaac and Bamba are a bit redundant. Orlando could build around Bamba, Gordon and Beal, which would be fun to watch.

honestly if i am orlando id rather give up Gordon than bamba or isaac but i doubt the wiz would go for it--- all though ya never know with grunfeld and how incompetent the Wiz are in general.

i dunno if id give up Bagley when i have hield who has been playing really well of late-- beale is obviously better but is he THAt much better?

But New Orleans, Denver make sense.

Yeah Kings were a bit of a reach, but I was just looking at teams that could give some youth and upside in return for Beale.

He will be highly sought after, just hope he plays the rest of his contract out hard.

Beal is really good, but not worth what the Wizards would want from the Kings while they have Buddy and Bogi. Now Otto Porter would make sense on the Kings even if he is overpaid. I'd probably offer WCS and some expiring contracts for him, if they want any of Fox/Buddy/Bogi/Bagley/Giles I would say no.

Beal would be a great pickup for any team in the NBA. It'll be interesting to see where he ends up.On the Lakers with Lebron would be interesting.

He'd be a great fit on the Lakers, but I doubt they could put together a good enough package.

Should be very interesting to see who they can get for him.

Based on what I have heard it seems unlikely he moves. The Wizards are asking a king's ransom for him, as they should, but I think their price is so high that he isn't likely to move.

If he does move this year it will be at or near the trade deadline. The Wizards aren't going to give him away and they aren't likely to deal him at all unless the situation becomes completely untenable.

I would think they would much prefer trading either Porter or Wall but they are both saddled with huge contracts that no one is going to be keen to take on. Which means the status quo remains indefinitely.

i prob. agree

wanting out and getting out are 2 different things.

he is the Wiz's best asset by far....if they give him up they will want a ton to do so. Plus if Grunfeld gives up on this season he is most likely gone.

This is when teams can get into trouble--- when the best interest of the team and the best interest of the GM do not align.
