That's the problem with the Sharks, they don't give two shits. Brad Richards does.

I may be wrong here, but I always thought shit stats were for off ice time, not a time on ice stat.

Totally made me think of the George Carlin line:

"I know things you never see. You never see someone taking a shit while running at full speed!"

With that kind of production Richards was a real party pooper for the Devils.

Richards is leading the Cup run for the Rags, while Gaborik remains an enema, er enigma...

as Marc Crawford always said ... its not just simply about dumping and chasing ... it has to be a good soft dump

To Be Fair, he has one less point than Richards

Yes, although I think you would agree that this is a case of points not telling the whole story or being rather complimentary in Gabby's case. Richards is making an impact at crucial times in games (yes Gaborik has an OT winner), but in most games I really haven't noticed Gaborik.

In the playoff pool, I crunch all the necessary stats (the good ones and the shitty ones) and other than his points and shots on goal, he doesn't have much else - an occassional penalty or giveaway. A couple of blocked shots. Maybe one (s)hit.

Compared to his past playoff exploits, he is noticable this year.

I think he was much better in the second round against Washington. In the first round he was definitely invisible.
