Sounds Like he has some issues. I hope everything works out for the guy. I know he brought most of this on himself but still hope he gets right

I was pretty sure his time in Dallas would be short, but to go from the defacto lead back to the streets in about half a season is a heck of a fall, considering the closest thing to a stud that they have is Darren McFadden. :sad2:

DMac has contributed 100+ yards through land and air the last two weeks. The only limiting factor for him is health. if he stays healthy then he's as good as anyone else we could have right now.

This is too bad. Not that he has set the league on fire or anything but it's too bad for him. He was in a great position at the start of this year to be a starting running back in the NFL and he pissed it away. Based on his history I guess it doesn't surprise me. I'm just surprised someone lets an opportunity like that slide through their fingers. There will be more to come on this I'm sure.

Why do I think NE or Pittsburgh will pick him up and he'll be very productive.
Reason for NE is Belichick has a history of getting lots out b of cast offs.
Reason for Pittsburgh is they just lost Bell.

I get it, I wanted Randle gone too, but it's way too fucking late now. Why release him so another team can pick him up? So fucking dumb. Like Manster was alluding to, it wouldn't be surprising at all to see him go to Pitt or NE. Just fucking stupid. No message is better than making his ass ride the bench for the rest of the season then releasing him after the season. Why allow him to be a FA so another team can get him?

I think they believe he will be suspended for most of he rest of the season and just decided to part ways now. No real loss here. His issues seem to be mental, his head is fucked up like a soup sandwich. When JJ is worried about a guys mental stability, there is likely major problems

Maybe Trey Williams can fill the Dunbar void. Thus far McFadden has proven me wrong, and I am happy to be wrong in this case.

Joseph Randle clears waivers

No one wants Joseph Randle.

Randle, the talented but troubled running back who was waived by the Cowboys, passed through waivers unclaimed. That means 31 other teams had the chance to add him, and all 31 passed.

That’s not a big surprise, as Randle abruptly left the Cowboys last week and is reportedly facing an NFL suspension as a result of a February incident in which he was accused of domestic violence. Randle’s off-field issues are more than any team wants to take on right now.

Eventually, Randle may be able to get things sorted out and get back on the field. He started six games for the Cowboys this season and had 76 carries for 315 yards and four touchdowns. He’s a pretty good player, and some team needing a running back may sign him as a free agent.

Randle is only 23 years old and still has time to turn his career around. But it may be a while before he gets that opportunity.
