Absolutely a service academy with 9-2 record is much more deserving than a 3 wins Tenn.
We were supposed to play Army at West point this year, but Covid canceled it.

With Tennessee dropping out, that reduces the number of teams with losing records getting a bowl
spot, from nine teams down to 8 teams. Five of those 8 are ftom the SEC. I believe that is the definition
of A Whore.

Some of us know how to properly follow covid protocols so 3 of our last 4 games gets cancelled and therefore dont even sniff the hint of a bowl invite.

I would think that you would know that isn't the topic. I understand that 22 teams opted out of the Bowl season. Some with
winning records...but sending a 2-8 team to a bowl game isn't good optics...even if they are joust filling a contractual
spot.

I agree. But with so many opting out not being able to play and bowls cancelling,knew it wouldnt be our normal bowl quality.

Then again, some of the most entertaining bowls I've witnessed were often a pairing everyone else labeled a suck fest.

Yeah I’m fine with 3-7 SEC teams getting a bowl invite since that would probably be 6-6 in a normal schedule (and because it benefits my team of course lol) but 2-8 is a bit much
