How can it be possible that the Bruins have just gone almost 3 games without a single PP?

173 mins played before they got a PP.

That must be a record. BTW they was Shorthanded 13 times in that time frame.

Obviously I am a homer Bruin fan but I cant wrap my head around that stat.

So yet again tonight the Caps had a 6-3 PP advantage.

I did not see the game and am watching the replay and see that the 3 Caps goals all was on the PP including the OT winner.

I'm pretty sure there are coaches that whine more than Claude, and reputation is a poor excuse. If it were an excuse they would have called the too many men on the Habs against Boston as they are 4th in the league in penalty minutes, right? If it's a penalty it should be called, if it's not it shouldn't. Plain and simple. I'm sick of calls against any player just because he has a reputation, especially when replay clearly shows it wasn't a penalty (a tripping call against Marchand when the player clearly stepped on the puck comes to mind). And I reallt get pissd when a player doesn't get called on an obvious penalty just because he's rarely penalized. Well if he keeps getting away with that shit OF COURSE he'll rarely be penalized!!!
