Boise State softball is ranked in top 25 for 1st time ever

The Boise State Softball program is in their 10th year of existence and they have never been ranked in the top 25 prior to today. But the Broncos are currently ranked # 24 in the nation:

The Boise State softball team did receive votes on the two other NCAA Softball rankings (ESPN and USA Softball) but only in the "Others receiving votes" portions of both ranking services.

Boise State, after going 4-0 last weekend, has remained at # 24 in the newly created Softball America Top 25 poll.

The BIG NEWS tho is the fact that - for the first time ever - Boise State is now ALSO ranked # 24 in the USA Today/NFCA Top 25 Coaches Poll this week:

So the 18-2 Boise State Broncos softball team is currently ranked # 24 in the nation in two of the three major NCAA softball polls.
