I just heard an interview of Boch on the local radio station here (XX1090), and while it was a lot of fluff, there was one interesting piece...

He was asked if he has ever had to totally light into a guy as a manager. He said he has 2 recent memories.

1) last year there was a guy on the team who was not showing up on time, and was not there mentally (Durty)?

2) just a few weeks ago, he ad to go to Arizona and rip into someone because of fitness (Panda?).

When pushed on who these guys were, he just laughed, but I think it was obvious on the fitness front.
