i dont really understand? i think bob is the better goalie right now, but if you're going to say bryz is youre unquestioned starter, and he's sorta put two, at least ok, games in a row in.. why start bob here? its not like you're going to wear bryz out, the next game isn't for a week?

i'm pretty critical of bryz, but he should be starting this game. get him in a rythm or abandon hope and say its open season in net, this is too wishy washy

Sad, but true. Bob played yet another solid game -- and killed it in the shootout.

Bob is just outplaying Bryz right now. There's no way around it.

Look at the last two months for each goalie:

Bryzgalov: .878 sv% in December and .907 sv% in January

Bobrovsky: .935 sv% in December and .929 sv% in January

Then you factor in that we're giving up more than half a goal less with Bob in net. Who knows, we may have even beaten the Bruins on the 22nd had Bob started. I thought the final two goals Bryz gave up were very suspect. I also bet we'd have lost to Florida with Bryz in net. It's disturbing.
