So no evidence of him leaving the bench but video evidence there were six players vs 5 and he was one of the six.
We have video of you driving the car one minute before the crash and you were slumped over the wheel after the crash but no video of you in the car when the crash happened. oh there is video of the crash but we can't see the driver. The police saw you in the car and gave you a ticket but in this case we think the crash may have distracted our paid officials.,
I am not upset with the ruling. I just think that an automatic, no room for discussion rule can be ignored because, well they don't say why. the rule book says 10 games, not up to 10 games. Might as well toss this rule out the window. Now every time it happens they will appeal and the arbiter will point to this time

It works out better for the Kings because he was due back vs the Kings. Now he will have played a few games and won't be stupid. It is just this is the only rule I have seen with no wiggle room and they wiggled . I think it was a stupid rule. 10 games seems too many but the league is now going to have a fight with every suspension

We do know one thing. The inconsistencies in rule enforcement has not changed on bit since Shanny took over. In fact you could make an argument that it's worse than before.
