Listened to an interview by him. He is being inducted this year.
He came to the US with a mechanical engineering degree, couldn't get a job, so started working as a janitor. He then became a car salesman.
He sold 127 cars in his first 3 months, which is a record.
He has since transformed that into owning 2 dealerships.
When he first went to a Raptors game, he could "only" afford 2 tickets. Now he buys 13, and takes kids.
He said having the Raptors when they were growing up was important for guys now like Dillon Brooks and Jamal Murray.
He said after his 2nd season attending games, Isiah Thomas wanted to make him a superfan, but there was some resistance from the Raptors because of how he looked. Thomas convinced them.
Bhatia says he likes Vince Carter, Carter was always nice to him.
One of his charities is to create 200 washrooms for girls, and basketball courts in India.
He's never missed a Raptors home game in Canada.
