Every night seems a couple different guys step up. They didn't seem to play well all round just good enough.
And Melo well, Melo. o fer all game and boom boom boom to finish.
These freshmen have ice water in their veins.
The three bigs all do enough and different. Dodd is well great in the middle just needs 6 or 8 fouls to give some nights Grin. If the bigs just had a little better hands on offense.
Dang team has heart. Just Win Baby.
They could loose 3 in a row but dang they've been fun to watch.

This team has a giant hole in the middle, their bench stinks, and they are starting 3 freshman and 4 new starters. And I also recognize they have not beaten anybody who is really good. But damn this may be the grittiest Maryland team I have ever seen and I'm an old guy. They win close games, period. Each road game I just want them to keep it close because they always seem to pull it out at the end by being clutch at the line and getting key stops. Been this way for 3 years in a row and it will continue as long as they have Heurter. Sure it's frustrating when they are in tight games against American University but damned if they don't win them anyway.

Very fun team to watch since Melo arrived. I'm not expecting much in March, it will catch up with them against tournament teams, but no complaints from me. Future is very bright.

Hey Darrell Green Fan, I'm with you both as an old guy and liking this team. Just watched the Northwestern game, Melo had a great game from the start and the defense was good as well.
    Dang fun to watch.
Ceko and Huerter seem to foul when they breathed and Jackson had of tough game. If those three do the opposite against Wisconsin, look out. Go Terps, Lady Terps too.

Nice win last night. Hell of a game by Melo. I don't see the center position as a hole, just a three headed position. Mostly they want to play inside out. 8 -15 points from this position and good defense is what they are looking for. None are great rebounders.

    Huge game this weekend.
