Best Sitcom Character of All Time?

I say toss up between Archie Bunker, Michael Scott, and Homer Simpson. I went with Michael Scott, feels like a good in between choice. Also a deeper character from a show that allowed him to develop more than a Simpson's or classic sitcom character.

I dont think it is fair to put cartoon characters in the mix. They dont have the boundaries/ constraints that actual people do. For me it is between Al Bundy and George Costanza.
