When I saw this song in concert, it was the greatest rock and roll moment of my life. Stadium show in Foxboro, and when they get to that long breakdown before the famous scream with all of those drum licks that build and build, and then it gets faster and faster and then just fucking YYYEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Blew the skin right off my face.

That's the one usually cited on these lists as their greatest and that's probably true due to it's impact. But musically it's doesn't even make my top 30 Stones tunes.

Definitely in my top 5 and that was also the first LP I ever purchased. Most people didn't know that it was Clapton's new band. They released only the first part of the song as a single and it and the album did basically nothing. About a year or so later it caught on. Top 5 album as well.
