who the hell gives a rat fck
missed the kitten bowl, did it rock?
This game also shows just how awful the AFC was this year. If ever there were a year to steal a conference and make it to the Super Bowl with a shitty qb, this was our chance.
It's hard to believe that one of the best qbs in league history can lose a SB by four touchdowns.
Then again, Elway was blown out three times and he's in most people's top 10.
Even Montana lost a playoff game 49-3 though.
I honestly believe it can happen to any QB in the wrong matchup.
With that said this is obviously a huge hit to his legacy. It also puts Seattle's secondary on the discussion with the best of alltime
It's actually hard to believe a Super Bowl in the modern era would end this way..... How many games on a weekly basis are blowouts? With so much parity, you'd figure the Super Bowl would be more competitive. Just a nightmare performance from the Broncos.
I was sure it would be a great game..
Easily the most disappointing SB I've every watched. I wonder if a favorite has ever lost by 35 pts in a postseason game before now
I thought the game was great. Of course I like defense over offense anyway. The game had everything you could want except a close score. A pick six, a safety, a kickoff return TD. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a long Lynch touchdown run, but Harvin took care of that.
Percy Harvin should have been the MVP.
As far as Seattle's secondary goes, I'd put them ahead of the 2000 Ravens but slightly behind the 2002 Buccaneers. If you are just comparing the secondary, I don't think you can really count the 85 Bears or the Steel Curtain. Different eras and all. Defense overall though, I'd put Seattle as 5th behind the 02 Bucs, 2000 Ravens, the Steel Curtain heyday, and the 85 Bears.
In a perfect world, this would be the offseason for the Bengals to get aggressive/creative in free agency and the draft. Brady and Manning are getting older and have shown they can be beaten. The Colts aren't there yet, I don't believe in the Chiefs.
Either make a big move for a QB, or if for some reason they still believe in Dalton, make a big move to create a dominant D (Clowney)
our team is just as good as any of the sorry ass teams in the AFC if we can just get compitent Quarterback play, that's the key.
