The most exciting game I ever saw in person was the 2000 Michigan 51 @ Northwestern 54 Game! To quote the old Michigan lady on the "L" platform after the game: "That is the worst defense I have ever seen! Bo just had another heart attack, and Woody just rolled over in his grave!" lol.
