Bye week for the Pats this week so I think I'll head up the White Mountains for some R & R. However, I would love to see Oakland kick Denver's ass as well as Pittsburgh and the Raisins playing to a scoreless tie.

Either way I'll be at the Station in Woodstock if anyone wants to have a beer and some laughs.

Not only is the Oakland-Denver game a division contest, winner takes the division lead with inside track on tiebreakers too.

Good D vs. good offense. Bad offense vs bad defense.

Yep...DIV play has kicked in gear.

I voted PIT @ BAL and DEN @ OAK, but another game I think is interesting is the ATL @ TB TNF game.

PIT @ BAL...Ben is a maybe at this point...BAL has a lot of injuries themselves...they game plan the Steelers better than any team...PIT really wants to avoid losing 3 straight also 4 straight to the Ravens...Vegas set the early line at BAL +2.5 I think...tough call, but if Ben plays I think PIT wins this game.

DEN @ OAK...another tough match up...OAK can score but trouble stopping scores...DEN can defend, if they have a good OFC game you have to like DEN in this game.

ATL @ TB...rematch from game one...ATL is scoring on everybody, I expect them to score 24+ in this one...but they have also have trouble stopping scores...TB has their number...won 3 straight over the Falcons...Bucs picked up a RB off the street and he might get carries in this game...I like the Falcons to extend their NFCS lead.

It's gotta be Denver at Oakland. Two traditional rivals going head to head on Sunday Night Football for the division lead and second place in the conference. One the defending Super Bowl champs, the other going through a long awaited resurgence. I haven't been this excited for a Broncos/Raiders game in quite a few years.

I think ATL96STEELER hit it right on the head. So many games with implications. If I could only pick one I have to take the Den/Oak game.

I what to see what the White Mamba can do vs the Denver defense. If he shreds the for the W then he's the clear favorite for the MVP this season.

Actually loser could drop clear back to #3 in the division depending if the Chiefs win against Jacksonville. So big jump up or down for the winner/loser. Been a very long time since this rivalry meant anything.
