Best songs that close an album. Not including bonus tracks, really, although I'm going to break that rule myself...
Here's 5 to start off with:

And finally, the one which actually breaks my rule because it's a bonus track, Closer by Dido, from Life For Rent:
I could actually have included at least one more Green Day one (See The Light, from 21st Century Breakdown) and an other Conor Oberst one (Common Knowledge, from Upside Down Mountain)
