Best backup QB in the NFL?

NFL.com says the best backup in the league is Kirk Cousins.

I really don't have an opinion on this one so, who's the best backup QB in the NFL?

I agree, Briz. All the talk about trading Mallet is confusing to me. Mallet can still become a starter and has the tools to be a good one.

Steve Young..... But seriously Mallet should not be considered merely based on potential the guy never plays.... Cousins proved he can win when thrown in there he gets the nod IMO.

Ryan Mallett & Chad Henne are the only guys I'd want if I couldn't pick a starter.

Tyler Bray has the potential to climb his way up to that level if he pulls his head out of his lower intestine.
