you could PUP him which wouldnt hurt us and it would open a roster spot for a while so that could maixmize TC for others

i am sure carriker will be PUP' d and possibly Merriweather . I wouldnt doubt bernstine get PUP'D either

I think there's a good chance that the doctors will clear him. And I think after he's cleared, the team will be careful with him. I don't think he'll be PUP'd but it's possible. I think they'll be much more likely to have him active but not participate in 11 on 11. They'll ease him in with 7 on 7 and other drills where the risk is far less.

By not protecting him from himself when it was obvious to everyone with a brain the kid was injured. Let him be a traditional QB, know need for the gadgets, let him scramble when he sees fit to take advantage of his speed, it is a difference from having speed & being elusive.....

So basically limit him and force him to be a pocket passer there by making it that much easier to defend against him?? got it. Logical... provided you are not a Skins fan. reality is, they don't need to change the offense, but griffin does need to learn to protect himself. Let RG3 learn to do this, and effectively he becomes one of the more dangerous QBs in the league. Thats assuming he isnt already in that group.

He was injured exactly that way. By scrambling when he saw fit. The Ngata hit happened on a called pass play, protection broke down and he took off down field. He didn't run out of bounds, cut back upfield. Slid too late and took a straight shot to the knee in the process. So you may want to rethink yourself. And take a stance that actually makes sense. Then get back to us.

so in other words eastbay you know nothing about how RG3 was injured . he was injured all 3 times on scrambles not the read option

the read option isnt a gimmick . it baffled defenses all year as you saw in the dallas skins replay yesterday .

sometimes coaches let players play that are severely hurt AKA phillip rivers

what this is really about is you know that Rg3 being who he is scares the life out of you because you cant stop him and in your mind you think you have a chance with him if he was more "traditional" .

the facts are RG3 threw 4 tds on you from conventional pass plays on tirkey day . so go ahead pick that poison if you want too :bored:

Romo is a gunslinger like Favre & I can live with that, have to take the good with the bad. As far as injuries go no one can predict them, it is what it is....
