I’m still taking Fincher.
Some of those entries are laughable.
If Oh Brother wasn’t below below each of the Fincher movies, Coens might have it.

I would.
More entertaining.

Retards of a feather roll down the hill together.

Really though, they are completely different types of movies, but that stretch of M Night movies is FAR better overall than any Kevin Smith movie. Don't get me wrong, I like Dogma, but Chasing Amy is vastly overrated and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back is very repetitive and can only watch like once every decade or so.

Sixth Sense was excellent.
Unbreakable was just good, could have been better. Solid idea, but really slow at times.
Signs was, uh, not that good. Again, solid idea, but poorly executed.

Chasing Amy was really good, not excellent.
Dogma was just good, could have been better.
Jay and Silent Bob was just good.

M Night had the best movie of the lot in the Sixth Sense.
But, overall, I would place those three Kevin Smith movies over his.

Of course, that's just like my opinion, man.
No need to get bent out of shape.

Totally forgot about those two directors when I put together my list, so kudos to both of you.

I like all 3 of those Kevin Smith movies... I just wouldn't call them great cinema.

And you're right, the Sixth Sense is the best of the 6 with Unbreakable and Signs bringing up the rear as complete garbage.

While watching Signs for the first time when she was a little kid, my daughter: “Why doesn’t he just go get his gun and shoot them.”

that was a joke list... and anything not named Sixth Sense by M Night Shamalangadingdong is complete shit.
I thought Avatar: The Last Airbender was a cinematic masterpiece.

I've never seen The Last Airbender, but it has a 4.1 on IMDB... thats not good.
It was far superior to the animated series which was, IMO, complete garbage.

I really hate it when I don't get the joke ..but it's better than thinking you were serious with this list.
