Signed with the Titans if the Redskins don't sign Hankins they have to draft Vea if he is there

Kind of hoping they sign HAnkins... after the draft.
Still think we need two talents on the D-line. BUt if they sign Hankins before the draft, I think that will give them free reign to NOt draft Payne or Vea. And I got a feeling they are going to ignore the D-line in the draft if they can and take the WR early instead.
I have and will continue to be in agreement with you here shark but, there is no dire need for WR at the moment unless you simply believe Jay will be the one to pull the trigger. I really hope R. Davis shows a bit this coming camp along with Harris, Richardson and Doctson. Thinking round 4 to pick up another WR. I'm also wondering if the staff has more confidence in Ioanidis and Lanier than we do and they feel the need for DL help will be limited to 1 option. I'm getting the sneaky suspension the team is considering using the first round pick on a RB hoping Hankins signs with them. To me, this would be catastrophic not addressing the DL with the OL/RB we have in our division. Need lots and lots of defensive help up front to just compete in our own division.
We have to draft a wr though
its ok imo to draft players to make your qb better wrs, oline rb lol com on shark... you will get your wish soon when sheffer takes over and bruce gets moved to the money raise division or whateverI think the WR would be 100% a Bruce call. And I think it would be another move to make the Smith trade look better.
My opinion, you cant have too much D-line talent until such time as you actually do have too much D-line talent.....
We aint there yet. And even with Hankins and a Payne/Vea.... Im not sold we are at the point where our line is simply too talented.
you forgetting players getting paid so yes you can have to much talent on the dline when each player on the line makes 7 to 10 mill a year lol let me ask money wise how much money would you invest on dline 40 percent of cap 20 percent ??? whats your takeI think the WR would be 100% a Bruce call. And I think it would be another move to make the Smith trade look better.

i agree but is there good talent in the 2nd rd for DLINE so the 13th pick can go to offenseHonest opinion, roughly 40% of your teams cap spending SHOULD be split between the Offense and defense lines, possibly more. Maybe its the old Jarhead in me. But a strong point of attack is key to any confrontation. The real problem isnt the money spent, its WHO we are spending money on. We have $15M going to TE's one of which is constantly hurt.

How about payne in the first and Harrison Phillips in the 2nd
Wow, a paycut. I thought he was decent pure-run guy surrounded by a lot of crap, but I guess a lot of teams disagree.1 year 4m
