You would have to think CB high in the draft is off the table.

William Jackson III
Dre Kirkpatrick
Darqueze Dennard
B.W. Webb
Darius Phillips
Davontae Harris
Tony McRae
KeiVarae Russell

If best player available early on in the draft is CB it would be tempting but I wouldn’t do it on day 1 or 2. They can burn one of their 18 picks in the sixth round on one but, for better or worse, the CB room is full.

This is actually a pretty damn good CB room honestly. We gave Webb a lot of money to be the 4th man on the depth chart. Just saying. McRae and Russell are toast. 6 CB's and 4 safeties.

Hopefully this depth at CB means we will be able to defend some of these offense we will be playing, especially Cleveland. Pittsburgh is now an average offense, the Ravens are a run first offense that might pass the ball some. Cleveland is the legit powerhouse on offense. We are not bad depending on how we add to our offense during the draft. Still want TJ Hockenson to pair with Eifert for a year.

Maybe they'll wise up and cut Kirkpatrick...

I like the Dennard signing - I guess this means other teams didn't think too much of him as an outside corner. But I like what he brings to the table.
