Huff: "You crying yet Belt? Tear up...I'm going to be tearing up the rest of the year in right field."

Nice.

Gotta trust Boch and Sabes on this one. They must really believe in the kid.

This is good to see because it shows the Giants are not going cheap on us. I think this means that Belt will become a free agent earlier, so this could cost us some money down the road, but I like the "win now" attitude. We need to take advantage of the special pitching that we have right now and support it with as much offense as possible. 2009 was such a waste of good pitching.

I do, 99%.

I just have this nagging feeling that they are throwing a lot on this kid.

Opening day.

At the Latrine

National TV.

Against the Doggies.

Boch and Sabes are there watching the kid in BP and FP and they actually talk to him, so I will trust their judgement. I am just a bit apprehensive.

i'd love sending rowand to the minors.

but i meant as far as starters goes. provided Belt does well, would Burrel be sitting or Ross?

Right, well I guess it depends on how Burrell preforms but he would likely be the guy sent to the bench, but I could see the Giants easing Ross back now.

Rowand would be released BTW.

Thanks to Ishi for your contributions to this team.

Mad props to Belt, although I'm a bit suprised. His emotions after finding out, however, was epic.

Fuck that. The Beltenator has three knocks today and goes on to capture the ROY. Fuck apprehension.

Can't unilaterally send RoRo down...he'd decline the assignment and be placed on waivers.

Boch would play the hot hand on that one. Meaning, if The Bat is hot he plays. When he slumps, it's Rosstober. Also, against some lefties, Huff would move to 1b and Belt might sit.

In an alternative reality where Belt is NOT Posey 2.0, but fuck that.

I needs me some Raptor Jesus today, yo!!
