1 thing that caught my eye... WE OPEN ON THE FUCKING ROAD AGAIN! 3 straight years. Used to be every other year. Now it's never.

I notice that opening day is the day AFTER my birthday. That ain't right. Then again, maybe the first game of the season IS on my birthday, but the Giants don't open until the next day.

Another note from Baggs' article: I REALLY hate interleague play. I hate it even more when the Giants play the A.L. West because that means even more games against the A'ss.

Seattle and Anaheim are road series. Texass and the A'ss are home series.

Edit: obviously, we also have the A'ss in Jokeland.

I read somewhere that the Giants organization always asks the league to delay their opening day as much as possible. The idea behind it: (hopefully) avoid some of the cold weather and the tail end of the rainy season.

I seem to remember reading the same thing. They'd rather have late September home games than early April home games. And in our division, that makes some sense (unless we open in Denver).
