According to Soviet Sport, Dynamo Minsk refuses to comment the situation with Jokinen. Which could mean there is no situation at all.
They are not rich like AK Bars or Salavat, they don't have star players (unless you think Ville Peltonen or Maxim Balmochnykh are stars).

Unless Jokinen feels altruistic, I don't see him coming to Minsk
