Not really a surprise............he never looked like he was interested in the whole "team" aspect of things.

He didn't like going to class and Doc gave him the ultimatum...........either go to class or leave our program.

He left.

Jones lived at the Links Apartments when I lived there..........I saw him in the workout center there all the time with a Nebraska Assistant coach, and it was always because the dumbshit was in trouble for something.

And he looked pretty undetermined when he was working out as well............every single time the coach that was there would be yelling at him telling him to pick it up.

A lot of NU fans are bagging on Doc because of the bailouts. And it does seem like a lot of guys end up quitting.

Yea, after these guys leave, the remaining players always end up doing a little talking and we always come to find out that those guys just couldn't handle Doc's intensity.........it's always the same damn thing with every player who leaves.

So they transfer to a smaller school where they know the coaching staff will treat them all special and what not.

Bear wants to return to Nebraska now, which would mean we wouldn't lose a single player this year due to players just up and leaving..........that would be a miracle compared to recent years.

Problem is, Doc wants to give his scholarship to some other dude who is probably way better.....
