Does every MLB player hit HR almost every time if they get the easiest pitch the like?

Short answer- no. Some pitches are unexpected even if they just are straight as an arrow and are in a hitter’s preferred location. Other times a hitter may be taking no matter what like on a 3-0 count.

Occasionally a fastball down the middle will just be taken for strike 1.
