Pitching = not good. We kept letting them on base. We managed to keep them from scoring for a while, but we were not putting them out 1-2-3. Koumas came in and faced a couple guys, almost gave up a grand slam that would have tied it. Webb finished, but not that well. Greiner had to catch at least half a dozen bounced pitches.
Fielding = not good. 3 errors early helping them get on base (they were still out hitting us 8-4 at one point). Pankake had 2 of them. No great plays, we kept making bad throws to first pulling Dantzler off the bag. Basics.
Hitting = not good. They hit better. Exception is Dantzler who homered and sac flied for 2 RBIs (also had another hit).
Fans = left too early. We were up 4 with 2 innings left and the exodus began. As soon as they left, Liberty scored 3 and it was a game again.
It's just the opener, but there is a lot of improvement needed at this point.
