Based on those two writers, I'm guessing its a coming of age movie where Ken and Barbie find out that they're better off without each other. Although they themselves are a couple of who knows. Noah himself is fairly autobiographical but this is probably mostly Greta's show and her past two movies are fairly acclaimed.

Except Barbie will be a tranny and Ken will be post op
