Wonder what it would take to lure Turner away from the Vikings?

Oh, its a reference to the Tool song 'Aenima' where he talks about how he wants LA to fall into the ocean.
How any of us would have guessed that...

As I understand it, they still haven't decided on a location for the stadium. Would they move early and play in someone else's stadium? Like the Raiders did playing in the Coliseum?

Its going to be interesting as some of us might think the Rams are on the upswing. What a deal for LA to get the NFL back and get a potential contender to boot.

Well it shouldn't be hard to guess that the Rams moving to LA will piss a lot of people off

Geezer,

From what I have heard, they would like a year-to-year lease here, in St. Louis, until the new stadium was finished.

Not sure that would happen and all this is likely premature. I think Kroenke is trying to play LA against St. Louis to get the best deal. If St. Louis and Missouri throw him a new stadium I doubt the rams move.

Do the Rams have trouble with the fan base in St Louis? I understand the city is a baseball town, but this will be two teams to bolt in about 20 years.

I don't get what they're making these stadia out of these days. The TWA/Edward Jones dome or whatever it is isn't that old, and they act like it's a dump? Is that what's happening?

In Atlanta they're building a replacement for Turner Field for the Braves AND the Georgia Dome for the Falcons...neither of those are much more than 20 years old, either.

So it could all be a sham just to get St Louis to pay for a new stadium. Never seen that before.

From what I have seen, St. Louis only gets passionate about winners. Football in general takes a back seat to baseball and hockey.

I don't get what they're making these stadia out of these days. The TWA/Edward Jones dome or whatever it is isn't that old, and they act like it's a dump? Is that what's happening?

Their current lease agreement states that they must have top 5 stadium in football. Even if there were no issues, Dallas, SF, NY, Indy all have stadiums built within the last few years which would likely make them better just by being newer. I went there this year and other than parking and the adjacent buildings looking like crap I did not mind it.
