Personally, I thought he was out of bounds but didn't think there was enough to overturn it. Play stands as called was the right call.

I'm not a rule expert -- but unless you can see green in between the foot and the line, then it's on the line.

Or it's right at the line. There was no way possible to overturn the call on the field with this image. It's by no means "irrefutable evidence".
