Campus ban keeps Avery Moss off football team for 2014 | sports.omaha.com

Banned until Dec. 31st upon which he can appeal a 4 year campus ban.

He says he does want to remain a Husker, but it hasn't stopped him from looking at other schools.

Apparently he never would have been banned if he would have just stayed out of the campus areas from which he was restricted. Claims there was confusion about where he could and couldn't go.

Regarding the 4 year ban for public indecency, I seriously doubt he'd have gotten that for something like pissing on a fence for example. That is public indecency too. He'd have gotten a ticket and a scolding, but that's about it.

Unsolicited flashing, depending on the circumstances, can be considered a sexual philia.... which can be concerning. I'm sure people with a lot more information on the incident are also very aware of that.
