Austin Kendall enters transfer portal

Looks like Kendall is going to try to find somewhere that he will get some playing time. He only saw the field twice this year. No word on where he's going yet. He did a nice job in the 2nd half against Army. Hope he gets what he's looking for.

To be honest, I'd have to ask why he's doing this? If he truly loves the game, and simply wants to play it as long as he's eligible... then fine... go find a low level program where you can be the starter and play a little football.

Because... this kid don't got it. Yes... he was better than Doege in the bowl game. But he still sucked. I jokingly said to my son when watching him play... I guess his hand is still hurt? His throws were so off target... it was the excuse made last year... and, I saw no difference last week.

Nobody wants to sit the bench. He has been beaten out for 2 years and NB would be smart to get a young guy in at backup to get experience QB. next year. I hope Kendall can find a place to shine in his second Senior year.
