A big reason why the Spurs are always so good, they find journeymen out of nowhere for bench depth. Daye filled in with 22 in a game for San Antonio this season and 11 in another. He wouldn't be a bad guy for us to have considering the Pacers stand to rebuild their bench this summer one way or another.
He'd definitely provide more punch than a 35-year-old Rasual Butler.
Regardless of where your allegiances lie, we need to be Spurs fans in this year's finals. I think it would take pressure off our guys if it's not entirely on them to dethrone the Heat.
