More concerned if they can play defense. They have really looked terrible. The third game against the Rockies could have easily have been a win.

On the bright side. Without the big bats that we so badly need, it is amazing that we have done so well. Even Gallo has not been up to par with the home runs thus far. So looking at what we have done is really unbelievable to me. Elvis, Odor, Chirinos, Mathis have BA's that have not contributed to our success thus far. But here we are making a run.

It’s still a mistake tho. He’s hitting .326 with a .861 OPS and I seem to recall the announcers raved about how great on defense he was.

A week ago it was noted that Rendon had started out very slow and had an OPS of .569. Today, his OPS stands at .962. In the last week he has went 8 for 20 with 5 HR.

Elvis is becoming a concern. Oder(Odor) has alwasys been a concern.

Agree and still feel the same except he would be better than Oder.

I will go on record as saying if we get rid of Odor, and he goes on to be an All Star in 3 of the next 4 seasons, it will not have been a mistake for us to get rid of him.

Profar is hitting below .200 and he would be better than Odor. Profar has picked it up lately though.

Shame of it all is, Solak is a 2b and Oder is not and Management won't act.
