I was impressed with one thing. It takes a special talent to not be able to grow grass in Tampa. Anyone with even a slight knowledge of grass can make it grow. so kudos on not having any ability at all.

Um yeah we actually just bought the house...grass is pretty spectacular now, but I didnt grow it I had sod installed like non poor people do.
