Cowboys are 16th in the NFC. (for any of those bad at math, there are 16 teams in the NFC)
& the team often times seem heartless. I still shake my head when the team stood around while Dalton got beheaded! Hell they had to hold the Dolphins coach back while the rest of his team acted like it was a baseball game (bench clearing)

I would love to see some coaching changes, but seriously doubt we do anything in season.

Question is what do you think we do (not want us to do) in the offseason.
Any personnel changes, any unexpected player changes?
Pretending we get around a top 5 pick what do you think we "will" do with that pick? (again not what we want them to do)

Inquiring minds want to know?

I would be surprised if they make many changes to the coaching staff,due to the injuries. .

I don't see many changes with the big name players. I do think Lewis and Woods could be gone, maybe Awuzie as well.

I think the ceiling for this team is 4 wins. They are not beating the Ravens. Maybe they beat the Bengals. Not confident in that..I think they will focus on the defense early. In the draft. I think they end up with a top 7 pick and pick a corner.

It is time to play all the young guys and evaluate them to see if they can help in the future. Play Anae,Reggie Robinson, Bernard lots of snaps. Move McGovern to RT and see how he does. He has the size and athletic ability to play tackle.

this will be the most interesting part of the offseason with regards to McCarthy.
Is he a head football coach correcting a huge mistake or is he all about "His Guys"?

Last night was very telling. Baltimore faced a team determined to stop the run while STILL playing just two LB's.
I've seen better coaching at the Pop Warner level.

For God's sake Mike....dust the entire defensive coaching staff

I think you got to bring in different coaches on defense. I am willing to give Moore a pass. The offense was doing well before dak and the OL .got hurt..While extreme I think you have to think about.a different HC. But you cant have this trash play from defense.without making changes . Since I am in tank mode keep the DC for rest of season.
