I would only want Gonchar if he can be had for almost nothing. But he would help this year. I think Suter makes the most sense. He is affordable for his talent, and can be had for a reasonable return. Shea Weber is awesome, but is going to cost 8 million per for a long time, and he won't come cheap on top of everything.

I hate playing against Gil, so maybe that means he wouldn't be a bad fit for our team. I think it is only necessary if someone else goes down, but he seems like a cheap option for the time being. I'd take him over Lilja any day. Then again, I would take many people over Lilja any day.

I think Suter stays. He is also young and will stay for less. Weber is the play.
