Good ole Inky. That 1986 season was magical. For those who weren't following the Rangers back then, Pete Incaviglia never played in the minors. He went straight from college to the majors and had 540 AB his first year with 30 HR. His legend grew when he hit a ball through the outfield wall in ST.
I thought he was going to do close to that this year, but I will take it next year. The biggest threat to him being able to do that would be a bad decision by management to move IKF to 2B if they sign a SS.
I’m high on Lowe as well. I believe he can approach 30/30. He’s a big dude with massive power, good bat to ball skills and high exit velocity. Kind of shocked his HR Total is so low this year, but it is his first full season in mlb.Replace Solak with Lowe and I agree
