Of course they are an NFL team. Not a great or even good one, but from 2000-2018 they are about average in number of wins.

And they had the best win % since the merger until 03' ish.

Well, aside from 2016, they have been floating around 6-8 wins repeatedly over the last decade. So can you blame them?

If they're constantly floating around .500, then yes. They've only finished in the bottom 10 in win % twice in the last decade.

I just explained it in the post above, but I don't see any similarity besides the year they were drafted. The Jets and Bills have gone to battle alongside their QBs. Miami just watched super journeyman Ryan Fitzpatrick and young journeyman Josh Rosen walk in the building.
