Just bc Fromm played damn good and secured the starting job does not mean Fields can't be great. Bad logic. I could name a ton of, even recent, transfers that proved your theory wrong. Fromm led his team to the NCG last year and a highly recruited freshman comes in, he would have started next year most definitely but he didn't want to wait.

You have more faith in him than I. I watched him this year play in games...I was not impressed at all, and did not see any glimmer of greatness he seems to think he has. With that, I don't see Fromm as being anything special either. He has moments, but overall, I don't see him as a top level QB

how far down are you saying?

I think you might be a little too pessimistic. Luke Fickell transition year down? or 9-3.... 10-2? I don't think it'll be fickell year bad, but there could be a couple losses. I'm going with 10-2 with losses to NW & scUM. (they have to win sooner or later, don't they??? lol) I think its actually very possible to go 11-1..... Thinking NW could be our purdue or iowa next year.......

Michigan has some problems. They just finished the year on two bad losses. That is going to have some reverberations into next season, and they've lost a couple of so called good assistant coaches..... and losing a bunch of star players.

PSU is losing McSorley aren't they? I think they will be a little down.

MSU is just broken. The wheels are off that wagon..... unfortunately.... I enjoyed watching them beat the crap out of scUM.

OSU has MSU, Wisconsin, and PSU at home - great for a "down" year.

NW and scUM away.

I'm already looking at the overall picture of the B1G east next year thinking that OSU should probably be going to the B1G CCG again.

9-3 or 10-2 would be a down year for us and you make some great points.

You’d think, but maybe the law of averages was repealed for Michigan.
